Onboarding New Members
To become a member of MHBC an individual must initially qualify as a Regular Playing Member by meeting the following criteria:
Any new member joining MUST be introduced by at least two established existing members.
Must play consistently with MHBC for at least 12 months.
Must meet or exceed 75% attendance over the winter months (October – March) in that initial 12-month period.
Or must meet or exceed 50% attendance over two winter months (October – March) in that 24- month period.
Attendance will be monitored and maintained by the Football Admin Committee.
Once Regular Status has been attained, the individual can formally apply for Full MHBC membership status.
This application should be made to the ExCo and backed by two established members in writing.
The ExCo will assess the candidate’s suitability following confidential soundings on the candidates’:
Behaviour.
Values.
Attendance record.
A list of fully paid registered members will be published annually shortly after the date by which payments are due.
