Membership Fee Payments
The club is made up of registered members who pay an annual membership fee for the activities of the club.
Membership fees cover the club membership year, which runs from 1st January to 31st December every year.
There are no compulsory payments over and above the membership fee. Members can opt in or out of paying for various social or football activities. However, members may still participate if they pay an agreed late premium.
Membership fees must be paid in full by no later than 31st January every year.
Payment options are available via the Finance Committee but need to be agreed and put in place well in advance of the deadline for payment, and in any event by no later than 31st October.
Where membership fees are not paid in full by the due date, sanctions will be applicable which could include suspension from the club, loss of "Regular" playing status, and removal from club communication platforms. Reinstatement of those privileges (with penalties or conditions as appropriate) will take place following full payment of any outstanding dues.
The Finance and Disciplinary Committees will work in tandem in respect of ensuring membership fees are paid within the required period.
A list of fully paid registered members will be published annually shortly after the date by which payments are due.
